My Experience @AirTight Networks |

Hello, I am Jaswinder,
I recently relocated from US after 7 years,
where I worked at Microsoft Corporation and
Expedia Inc. Moving back to India, my biggest
concern was about adapting to the work culture
in India. Working in the US, I was used to an
environment where everyone had an equal
opportunity to express their views and
performance was the sole and most important
criteria for an individual’s growth in an
organization.
By joining AirTight Networks, I think I made a
wise decision, as the whole transition process
from the US to AirTight Networks turned out to
be a seamless one. AirTight is a very warm and
friendly place to work at, where individuals are
encouraged to speak up their minds and their
views are well respected. It feels more like an
academic setup with such an accomplished team of
research scholars and engineers coming together
to develop innovative solutions in the area of
Wireless Security.
Airtight has given me a great opportunity to
experience and participate in the interplay
between: Technology/Market/Sales/Support issues
and it has been a very enriching experience so
far! I am glad that I took this decision and
consider myself lucky to be part of the AirTight
Family.

Hi I am Manish,
I enjoy reading and going out for trekking.
George Orwell’s ‘Animal Farm’ and ‘1984’ are my
favorite books.
I completed my engineering from PICT Pune. After
graduating, I stared my career with Cisco
Systems, Bangalore. Initially with the testing
team, I eventually moved to Development and
worked on development projects of various
routing platforms and did some micro coding.
At first, when I took the decision of joining
AirTight Networks, I was skeptical about
AirTight Culture, as at Cisco, the working
culture was quite informal and enjoyable.
However, I had a desire to join a smaller
start-up company for interesting and cutting
edge technology assignments. AirTight Networks
provides the perfect blend of these things and
it was kind of a match that I was looking for,
hence decided to join AirTight Networks as a
Team Lead, Engineering in my native city, Pune.
One year with AirTight Networks! I feel AirTight
with its competitive technical team, experienced
management, and a good product portfolio stands
tall.
Overall sounds like a fun place.

Hello this is Mohsinkhan,
I come from a small village Wadgaon, near
Kolhapur. To accomplish higher education I came
to Pune, the “Oxford of the East” and completed
my engineering degree from VIT College. I enjoy
reading, playing computer games, and watching
movies. ‘Wings of Fire’ is my favorite book. My
all time favorite movie is ‘Matrix’.
During my college days, I was passionate about
networking security. I heard about AirTight
Networks from seniors. So refusing campus offers
from few established service sector companies, I
decided to join AirTight.
One year with AirTight Networks, and I am
addicted to the ‘AirTight style’. I appreciate
the work culture, approachability, and helping
nature of seniors. I am happy about my decision!

Hello I am Amol,
I have recently joined the AirTight's SGE Server
team. Prior to AirTight, I was working with
Nevis Networks as a Tech Lead and member of the
architecture group. At Nevis, I worked on Layer
2 to Layer 7 networking and network security
modules involving complex firmware modules on
proprietary network processors as well as lot of
Linux kernel modules.
My other technical interests involve file
systems, storage management, operating system
internals, algorithms, and data structures.
I am excited to work with AirTight as it has a
great team and the work involved is in a new
domain that has a lot of room for innovation and
expansion.
