Sameer
Oak, Team Lead, Engineering
B. Tech – Computer Science and Engineering from
the University Department, State of Maharashtra,
in AirTight from January 2005 to Nov 2006. Back
with AirTight since June 2007.
“The work and work culture at ATN are good. At
the end of the day, I feel I have put my
expertise to the best use.
The pace of work at ATN is very good. Also, the
technology is cutting-edge. I have contributed
in SGE 3.0, 5.0, 5.2, and SAFE. And SGE 6.0 is
already on its way! During the early days, I
remember we used to slog about 14 to 16 hours a
day. But over the years, I am glad to see that
it has finally stabilized.
ATN has seen very talented engineers. I hope,
this trend will continue in the future as well.
Having moved out of ATN to join a big MNC, I see
the clear difference between the two places. As
against ATN, the pace of work in the big MNC was
very slow. That was the only reason I left this
MNC. Before rejoining ATN, I had four other
offers from so called ‘BIG’ companies. But after
having experienced two big companies, I was sure
I wanted to join ATN.” |

Rahul
Bapat, Senior Visual Graphic Designer
Commercial Artist from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyala,
Pune, Rahul worked at AirTight from April 2004
to February 2007. He joined the Times of India
in March, 2007. He is back with AirTight since
October 2007.
“I have learnt a lot at AirTight. I got the
opportunity to work on two unique and different
products (SpectraGuard Enterprise and
SpectraGuard Planner) right from their inception
to current stage. When I first joined AirTight,
I used to feel uncomfortable addressing seniors
by their first name. This is the first thing I
liked about AirTight. You can talk to your
seniors and discuss any issue at any time. The
work culture at AirTight is really good.
Having moved out of ATN to join Times of
India, I have noticed not one but many
differences. The first being hierarchy and the
second work itself. AirTight is the best place
to work and therefore I joined AirTight again.” |
