Do you love what you do, or do you work for other reasons?
Today we will take a look at how you create success through loving what you do.

Since childhood, many of us learn that a person has to work hard in order to succeed. It is said that it takes a lot of blood, sweat and tears to succeed. Since it is what our parents, school and society teaches us, it also becomes our reality. Later when we begin to work, many of us have the picture that working is just something that you have to do, when it really should be something that we love by developing ourselves to be the best that we can be.

Should life not be fun and challenging, both when we work and when we are not working? Many people only talk about pleasure when they are off work, but without the job, the free time does not have the same value to us. Most people would not enjoy being free the whole year through.

The people who create the most success also love what they do. Otherwise they would not have the energy to work year after year. With passion, businesses and lives succeed, but when the passion disappears, there is no driving force left.

Think of the love that you hopefully have known or know for someone in your life. It can be love for a partner, a child or someone else. It is nice to meet that person and have that loving feeling. Think if you could have the same love and passion for everything you work with. What would the result look like? You would feel this passion in the air and you would attract more people who want to do business with you. Compare this to the person who only goes to work to get paid, and you will understand who will be more successful.

If there is passion, everything is possible. Think of Henry Ford without his love and passion for automobiles and surely you will understand what I am getting at. It is what separates a star athlete from a mediocre sports participant. The passion for the sport. Without passion, no success! With passion and goal-setting even a minor league baseball team could succeed instead of struggling along in a lower division.

Everything is a question about attitude. That is what we have been taught to believe. Think about all the children that love to be out in the rain, until the day they hear their parents complaining that they are getting soaked. From that day forward, the child associates rain with something negative. Is your rainy day filled with negativity or does it rain with success? The choice is yours!

Here are some questions you can ask yourself in order to get your driving force back:

  • Do I have the success that I want?
  • Do I have love and passion in my life?
  • Do I have love and passion in my job?
  • Do I want to work on points 1 to 3 in order to create success?
  • How can I find love and passion both at my job and in my private life?
  • Be sure that you obligate yourself to make the changes.
Those who create the love and passion in everything they do, also acquire the success that everybody wants. Good luck in loving your way to success!

Good Luck!
